Transfer Case Installation & Warranty

Thank you for purchasing this quality used transfer case. Not only have you saved a considerable amount of money over a new part, but you are helping the environment by recycling
Prior to the installation of your recycled used transfer case, we require that you perform the following pre-installation maintenance. By performing the pre-installation maintenance you will prolong the life of your recycled transfer case and protect your warranty. Keep all receipts of the below work. NO RECEIPTS, NO WARRANTY, NO EXCEPTIONS
! APTLLC warrants to the original buyer that each used item sold is protected from defects in material and workmanship when properly installed and under normal use and service for the period of time and distance to the terms and conditions as following unless otherwise noted: NOTE, THIS IS A PART REPLACEMENT WARRANTY. IT DOES NOT COVER LABOR, RENTAL CAR, AND LOSS OF INCOME.
A) CRUCIAL! Make sure to completely inspect the part before signing the delivery receipt. All shipping damages MUST BE NOTED IN WRITING ON THE DELIVERY RECEIPT
B) TERMS:
Affordable Powertrain, LLC is at its option either to repair or replace the defective unit only.
C) Transfer cases MUST be installed within 30 days of receipts otherwise any and all warranties are null and void. Warranties are 30 days unless otherwise noted on sales receipt.
D) A certified ASE mechanic should install and/or approve of the installation process.
E) New fluid should be used in ALL cases. All seals should be replaced. Transfer cases are shipped dry. Keep receipts of purchase of fluid. No receipts, no warranty.
E) Due to the materials and composition of Powertrain components (transfer case, turbo, differentials…) we DO NOT warranty against surface rust that may accrue over time. The industry standard for a used part warranty is: Parts are warranted to be the correct as ordered and in working order. No warranty or guarantee is made towards the appearance or condition of a part.
F) Warranties are NULL and VOID if part is ordered for or placed in anything other than its original intent.
G) IF AN ORDER IS CANCELLED FOR ANY REASON A 25% RESTOCKING FEE AND SHIPPING CHARGES BOTH WAYS WILL BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER- NO EXCEPTIONS. CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE WITHIN 30 DAYS OR ORDER.
